Riverview Travel doesn’t gather any personal information you don’t consent to share with us. We will never publish or trade this information with third parties. Any personal information that you choose to share with us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality and our privacy guidelines comply with European laws.

Information we collect

We collect information from you when you complete our booking form. When completing a form you may be asked to enter your name, email address and other information. The information we collect through our forms will only be used to contact you regarding your booking queries.

How we collect information

We do not use any analytics software or use cookies or monitor website usage. The only information we collect from our visitors is the information the user freely inputs and sends in our contact form.

The personal information we gather through forms is stored in our secure email system. As it is not technically possible for you to complete a form and your data not being processed by Riverview Travel (once you hit the send button on the form), we have to obtain your consent or Riverview Travel cannot complete your request.

How long we store information

We hold data submitted via Riverview Travel's contact form for one year after the date of submission. We store the data for one year as we want to provide the best service for customers and will be able to identify you easily if you engage in contact with Riverview Travel of your own volition. If you (the customer) books a service through Riverview Travel then we will store all data regarding the booking for a maximum of five years in order to comply with requirements around reporting and accounting but also in order to provide customers with copies of previously completed work if required.

Riverview Travel never share any of your information with any third parties.

Unsubscribe and the right to be forgotten

In accordance with European law you have the right to see what data we have collected and you have the right to request removal of this data, simply email contact@riverviewtravel.co.uk with your request.
